Welcome to Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co. Handcrafted biscotti made in Pierre, South Dakota. From classic flavors to seasonal favorites, every batch is made to be crisp, cozy, and perfect for dunking.

Ordering made simple. When I am not out at food or craft fairs and other events, you can pre-order right from this page by browsing the menu and sending your order request. It is an easy way to see what flavors are available and plan ahead for gifts, gatherings, or your own coffee break.

Delivery/Pickup information. Delivery in Pierre & Ft. Pierre is free. Delivery to 30-mile radius from Pierre is available for a flat $8 fee. Pickup is also available.

Custom and gift orders welcome. If you need a sampler box, party order, seasonal assortment, or a custom flavor request, send a message and I will be happy to help.

Pre-orders open Sunday–Wednesday. Saturday pickup. Weekly schedule may vary based on fairs, markets, and events.

  • 30-mile radius from Pierre: $8 flat delivery fee per order. Deliveries to these towns are grouped so I can keep the fee as low as possible while still covering gas and time.

Weekly pre-orders may pause when I’m vending at a fairs, markets, or special events.

How to Reserve Your Biscotti

How Weekly Orders Work

Orders open every Sunday at midnight and close Wednesday at 6pm for that week's baking schedule.

Once I receive your order and payment, I'll get to work baking your biscotti fresh. All pickups and deliveries happen on Saturday mornings—I'll send your specific pickup time or delivery window by Friday evening.

If you submit an order after Wednesday at 6pm, it will automatically be scheduled for the following week's Saturday. This helps me keep orders organized and make sure I only book what I can freshly bake and deliver.

As a reminder... Payment is required to secure your spot in the bake schedule! Delivery days are Saturdays. Pierre & Ft. Pierre is free delivery. 30-mile radius from Pierre $8 flat delivery. Pickup on Saturdays by appointment only.

I’ve always loved making and eating Italian cookies—especially biscotti—and they’ve been the treat friends and family ask me to bake again and again.

How do I place an order?

Orders for the current week open every Sunday at midnight and close Wednesday at 6pm. This gives me time to bake fresh batches for Saturday morning pickup or delivery. If you miss the Wednesday deadline, no worries—just catch the next week's order window!

Do you offer sampler packs or mix-and-match options?

Yes. A mix-and-match flight is a great way to try a variety of flavors and is especially helpful for first-time customers.

Are all flavors available all the time?

No. I keep a core group of year-round biscotti flavors and rotate seasonal and holiday flavors throughout the year.

Are your menu flavors subject to change?

Yes. Because the menu rotates by season, holiday, and availability, featured flavors may change throughout the year.

Do you offer pickup?

Pickup is available by arrangement on Saturdays only.

What if I need an order for a specific date?

Please mention that when you message me. I’ll let you know whether I can match your order to the closest delivery day, or another arranged time if available.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Please order as early as you can, especially for gifts, party trays, holiday orders, or larger quantities. Many bakery businesses use advance notice and scheduled preorder days to keep production manageable and orders accurate.

Can I request a custom flavor or special order?

Yes. Custom flavors, gift sets, and larger event orders may be available depending on ingredients, timing, and my baking schedule.
