Welcome, and thank you for supporting Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co. Please review the policies below before placing a pre-order. These policies help keep ordering simple, clear, and on schedule.

Ordering and Pre-Orders

Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co. accepts pre-orders based on the current weekly menu and posted preorder dates. Orders submitted outside the current preorder window, or for flavors not listed on the current menu, may need to be adjusted or declined.

Submitting a pre-order request does not guarantee availability. Orders are reviewed based on menu availability, baking capacity, and fulfillment schedule before they are accepted.

Order Confirmation

After a pre-order request is submitted, the order will be reviewed to confirm that the selected flavors match the current menu and that the requested timing fits the posted preorder window and baking schedule.

If the order can be fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent with an order summary and a secure payment link. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Payments

Payment is collected through a secure payment link sent after the order request has been reviewed and approved. Payment must be completed by the deadline listed in the confirmation email or the order may be canceled.

Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co. does not reserve flavors, quantities, or fulfillment dates until payment has been successfully received. Once payment is received, the order is officially confirmed and added to the bake schedule.

Pickup and Delivery

Saturday is the designated fulfillment day for confirmed orders. Delivery is available on Saturdays, and delivery timing will be confirmed as either morning or afternoon after the order is finalized and paid.

Pickup is also available on Saturdays by appointment only. Available pickup times will be included in the order confirmation email after payment has been received.

Someone should be available to receive delivered orders at the agreed time unless other arrangements have been confirmed in advance. Because South Dakota cottage food sales must be made directly to the end consumer, orders are offered through in-person pickup or in-person delivery only.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Because orders are planned, prepared, and baked in advance, changes and cancellations should be requested as soon as possible. Once payment has been received and production planning has begun, changes may be limited.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, missed pickup appointments, or failure to be available during the agreed delivery window. If there is a concern about product quality or order accuracy, please make contact within 24 hours so the issue can be reviewed.

Allergy Notice

Products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers with food allergies are encouraged to ask questions before placing an order.

Cottage Food Disclosure

South Dakota requires cottage food products to include a home-kitchen disclosure on packaged items. The required disclaimer is below:

Labeling and Compliance

South Dakota guidance states that packaged cottage food products must include the product name, producer name, physical address of production, mailing address, telephone number, date made or processed, ingredient list, and the required cottage food disclaimer.

South Dakota State University Extension also notes that food sold is subject to sales tax and that major allergens should be identified clearly on labels.
