Welcome, and thank you for supporting Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co.! Please take a moment to review the policies below before placing a preorder. These guidelines help keep ordering clear, smooth, and right on schedule.

Ordering and Pre‑Orders
Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co. accepts pre‑orders based on the current menu and weekly preorder windows. Orders placed outside the open window, or for flavors not currently offered, may need to be adjusted or declined.

Submitting a preorder request does not guarantee availability. All orders depend on baking capacity, scheduling, and menu availability.

Order Confirmation
Once you submit your preorder, you complete payment right at checkout through a secure Square form. Payment confirms your order immediately, and your biscotti are added to the weekly bake schedule as soon as checkout is complete.

Orders are considered fully confirmed the moment payment is submitted.

Payments
Payment is collected instantly at checkout.
Because everything is baked to order, unpaid or incomplete checkouts do not reserve flavors, quantities, or fulfillment dates.

Once payment is made, your order is officially confirmed and added to the appropriate bake day and fulfillment schedule.

Pickup and Delivery
Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co. does not offer shipping. Orders are fulfilled through Saturday pickup or local 5 mile radius from Pierre, SD delivery only.

Pickup Orders
• Pickup orders must be placed by Thursday at 6 PM
• Biscotti are baked on Friday
• Pickup and delivery is available every Saturday by appointment

Pickup and delivery details are provided in your confirmation email and may vary slightly based on the weekly schedule.
• A flat $5 delivery fee is added at checkout

Delivery information is confirmed after checkout and included in your order summary.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Because ingredients are purchased and baking begins soon after checkout, changes and cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Once payment is submitted, changes may be limited.

Refunds are not available for:
• missed pickup appointments
• change of mind
• unavailable recipients for shipping
• orders placed incorrectly

If there is a concern about product quality or order accuracy, please contact me within 24 hours so I can review the issue.

Allergy Notice
Products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with major allergens including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please ask questions before ordering if you have allergy concerns.

Cottage Food Disclosure
South Dakota requires cottage food products to include a home‑kitchen disclosure on packaged items:

This product was not produced in a commercial kitchen. It has been home‑processed in a kitchen that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish.

Labeling & Compliance
Labels include the product name, producer name, physical production address, mailing address, phone number, date made or processed, ingredient list, and the required cottage food disclaimer.
Cottage food items are subject to South Dakota sales tax, and major allergens must be clearly identified.
