Everything you need to know about weekly pre-orders, delivery, pickup, and scheduling.
How Weekly Orders Work
Orders open every Sunday at midnight and close Thursday at 6pm for that week’s baking schedule. Once your order and payment are received, your biscotti is baked fresh and prepared for Saturday pickup or delivery.
Important note
Orders placed after 6pm on Thursday are automatically scheduled for the following week. This helps keep the baking schedule organized and ensures every order is baked fresh.
Pickup and delivery
Pierre and Ft. Pierre: Free local delivery
30-mile radius from Pierre: $8 flat delivery fee
Pickup: Available on Saturdays by arrangement only
Delivery timing and pickup details are confirmed once your order is paid in full.
Seasonal and event schedule
Weekly pre-orders may pause on weekends when I’m vending at fairs, markets, or special events. If that happens, I’ll post updates so you know what’s available.
Custom and larger orders
If you need a sampler box, party order, seasonal assortment, or custom flavor request, please reach out as early as possible so I can confirm timing and availability.
