Hi, I’m Tammy, the baker behind Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co. I started this business because I wanted to bring biscotti out of the “special occasion only” category and into everyday life—morning coffee, after-dinner treats, and gifts that feel both cozy and a little elevated.
I’ve always loved making and eating Italian cookies, especially biscotti. Over time, they became the treat friends and family asked me to bake again and again, and eventually that love of baking turned into a business I could share with my community.
Every batch is mixed, shaped, baked twice, sliced, and packaged by hand in Pierre, South Dakota. When you order from Crunch & Dunk, you’re supporting a local, woman-owned business that believes a simple treat can create comfort, connection, and a reason to slow down for a moment.
