I started this bakery because I wanted to bring biscotti out of the “special‑occasion only” category and into everyday life — morning coffee, after‑dinner treats, and sweet little gifts that feel both cozy and a little elevated.

I’ve always loved making Italian cookies, especially biscotti. Over time, they became the treat friends and family asked for again and again, and eventually that love turned into a small home bakery I’m proud to share with my community. As a cottage food baker, I craft each batch in small quantities so every box gets the care it deserves.

Every biscotti is mixed, shaped, baked twice, sliced, and packaged by hand in Pierre, South Dakota. When you order from Crunch & Dunk, you’re supporting a local, woman‑owned bakery that believes a simple treat can bring comfort, connection, and a reason to slow down for a moment.
